Our Location
The residency is located on a three + 1/2 acre farm in rural Virginia. The space is 1 hour drive from Charlottesville, between Lexington and Staunton, Virginia.
Housing
Residency participants are provided with a bedroom in the 3 bedroom house (double or queen bed provided) or a sleeping cabin. Kitchen, bathing, and common areas are available for residency participants.
Art Studio
As multiple disciplines are considered, there are options for studio space to accommodate Painting, Writing, Sound Recording, Sculpture and Performance.
Recording Space
Our setup include UA digital workstation, a collection of vintage tape machines, grand player piano and instruments that complement or supply many band setups. Please contact us directly for more information.
